Enthält Bauplann 1946, Wertgutachten 1961; Handwerkerrechnungen und Kaufbelege für Baumaterial
Planungs- und Genehmigungsunterlagen für Errichtung eines Atelieranbaus zum Wohnhaus Barheine, Fasanenweg 10. Entwürfe und Erläuterungen von Walter Bolze.
